كما تناول الكتاب أيضاً نظرة الإسلام إلى الفرد والجماعة وعلاقة كل منها بالآخر، وهل هي علاقة تناقض وتنافر أم أنها علاقة انسجام وتعاضد إلى آخر ذلك من مجالات تشكل في مجموعها ماهية الفكر التربوي في الإسلام.
