لعل النَّافذةَ التي أطلّت منها المهندسة ناديا سلطان من خلال كتابها السابق ’’التصوير بالكلمات’‘ على هذا المعرض البهيِّ في دنيا الحضارة الإسلامية، هي ذاتها التي فتحتها على مصراعيها ليتدفَّقَ منها ضوءٌ ساطع يغمر لوحةً اسمها ’’الحجاب’‘.
في كتابها هذا، تدعو المهندسة ناديا جموعَ النُّقاد، من معارضين أو مؤيِّدين إلى الوقوف من جديد أمام هذه اللوحة، لإعادةِ قراءتها من جديد، على ضوء التجربةِ الذاتية التي تحكيها لنا الكاتبة ثمّ تعلن:
مهلاً، فهنالك شروط ينبغي مراعاتها واحترامها والأخذُ بها، لكل ناقد يحلو له أن يقف أمام هذه اللوحة، ويدلي برأيه فيها. بل إنَّها عامةٌ إزاءَ أية لوحة تُعْرض في ساحة النقد الفني: من استراتيجية صحيحة، وسلامة نظر، وثقافة كافية، ونيَّة حسنة، وإضاءة جيّدة.
لوحةٌ لها قيمتها وتكاليفها لمن أراد الاقتناء، ولها قدسيتها واحترامها لمن اكتفى بالتَّأمل.
