يحاول هذا الكتاب "عوالم الحكومة المهدوية" الإجابة عن بعض الأسئلة لاستنتاج صحة العقيدة المهدوية في الفكرين الإسلامي الجمعي والشيعي الخاص، وطول عمر دولة الإمام المهدي، وظهور دين الإسلام على أديان الأرض وغزو الأكوان الأخرى، وهذه الأسئلة؛ هي:
هل هناك من يعتقد بفكرة كونيّة الحكومة المهدوية ويؤمن بها؟
ما مراحل تطور هذه الفكرة؟
ما أسس الإستدلال على امتداد الحكومة المهدوية إلى الأكوان الخارجية؟
ما الحاجة إلى هذا الإمتداد الكوني؟
هل في الأكون الخارجية سكان، وهل هم مكلفون عبادياً؟
ما علاقة الإمتداد الكوني بعمر الدولة المهدوية؟
هذا ما سيحاول المؤلف الإجابة عليه في جزئين، يتكوّن كل منها من فصول عدة. حاول المؤلف بالجزء الأول إثبات صحة تنظريته في الكونية بمحاولة إثبات صحة النظريات والفرضيات المطروحة وصولاً إلى الجانب الإعجازي في حياة الإمام المهدي المنتظر، وعلاقة ذلك بالكونية. أما الجزء الثاني فخصصه للحديث عن الأكوان وسكانها وأديانهم، ودور عبادتهم وأنبيائهم. وتناولت في القسم الأخير من الكتاب علاقة نظرية كونية الحكومة المهدوية بعمر دولة الإستخلاف الإلهي الأخير. حيث يمتدّ عمر الدولة المهدويّة مع امتداد الأكوان وسعتها.
