يهتم هذا الكتاب بتأثير الاعلانات الإلكترونية على الناس، في وجهها السلبي والإيجابي معاً، فمن المعلوم أن تزايد الاستثمار، في الإعلانات الالكترونية بات يستقطب اعداداً كبيرة من الجمهور، وأصبحت الشركات توظف العديد من الساليب الاعلانية، والمثيرات والمحفزات لهذا الغرض، ولكن، كما أن الإنترنت مزاياه، له آثار سلبية خطيرة في التعرض إليه، "ولعل من أبرزها عدم السرية والثقة والمصداقية فيما يسمى بالتوقيع الإلكتروني في الإعلانات الإلكترونية" لأجل ذلك جاء هذا الكتاب متضمناً خمسة بحوث علمية مهمة خضعت لتقييم الخبراء والمحكمين نال من خلالها المؤلف على لقب (أستاذ مساعد) لأهميتها. فكان البحث الأول والموسوم (المثيرات والأساليب الفنية للإعلان الإلكتروني وتأثيرها على الموظفين). أما البحث الثاني فهو (أنماط ودوافع تعرض الجمهور العراقي للإعلانات في القنوات الفضائية) وتطرق البحث الثالث إلى (إعلانات العلاقات العامة في الصحافة العراقية) وخصص البحث الرابع (للوظيفة السياسية لإعلانات الطرق في الانتخابات) فيما كانت حصة البحث الخامس (أخلاقيات العاملين بالعلاقات العامة في الصحافة العراقية). كذلك تضمن الكتاب دراسات نظرية وعملية حيث أعد لمؤلف عدد من الجداول والبيانات العلمية، وقام بتفسيرها علمياً مع إعطاء نماذج وأمثلة من تلك الإعلانات، وخرج لنَا باستنتاجات علمية، استناداً إلى مشكلة وأهداف البحث وصولاً إلى عدد من التوصيات التي يراها المؤلف مناسبة لمعالجة مشكلات بحوثه الخمسة الانفة الذكر.
