صالح بن عبد الرحمن الحصين التميمي الرئيس العام لشؤون المسجد الحرام والمسجد النبوي وعضو هيئة كبار العلماء في السعودية. وزير الدولة عضو مجلس الوزراء سابقاً.
الولادة والنشأة
والشيخ صالح الحصين من مواليد المملكة العربية السعودية، محافظة شقراء عام 1351 هـ.
التعليم
درس الابتدائية بها عام 1364هـ، ثم انتقل للدراسة بدار التوحيد بالطائف ومكث فيها من عام 1366هـ إلى عام 1370هـ. ثم انتقل إلى مكة المكرمة حيث أكمل دراسته الجامعية بكلية الشريعة بمكة المكرمة ثم حصل على ماجستير في الدراسات القانونية من جامعة القاهرة بمصر، ودرس بها من عام 1371 هـ إلى عام 1374 هـ. عمل مدرسا بالمرحلة الابتدائية وذلك عام 1368هـ كما عمل مدرسا بمعهد الرياض العلمي عام 1373 هـ واستمر به إلى عام 1375هـ.

هذا الكتاب يجمع - للمرة الأولى - ما توافر من أعمال فضيلة الشيخ صالح بن عبد الرحمن الحصيّن، وإنك واجدٌ في هذا الكتاب آراء ناضجة ومتزنة ومنصفة للحضارة الغربية، وضع المؤلف فيها يده على ما فيها من خير وقيم إنسانية عظيمة، ولكنه أيضاً أظهر ما فيها من تناقض وبشاعة وقبح؛ لأن "للقمر وجهاً آخر" كما يقول في بعض مقالاته.
وتجد في هذا الكتاب كلاماً نفيساً عن العلاقات الدولية بين المنهج الإسلامي القائم على العدل والمساواة والإنصاف والرحمة، والمنهج الغربي القائم على القوة والمصلحة.
وفي هذا الكتاب كذلك آراء لافتة فيما يسمّى "المصرفية الإسلامية" ينقض فيها تلك التغييرات الشكلية في الأنظمة البنكية التي تسوّغ الفوائد الربوية بغطاء إسلامي، ويبيّن مواطن عوارها، ويظهر أنها متفقة مع الربا في المقصد وإن اختلفت بعض المظاهر والشكليات.
وفي هذا الكتاب أيضاً كلام عن أنظمة الحكم، وعن الحريات، وعن الأسرة، والوقف، والعمل الخيري، وموضوعات أخرى تشغل أذهان المثقفين والمفكرين وطلبة العلم والمهتمين بالشأن العام.
كل هذا ملتزماً بأدلة الكتاب والسنّة وأدلة العقل والمنطق، ومتزيناً بحلية الأدب والهدوء، وحسن القول وإحترام الآخر.
