وفي هذا الجزء يكشف المؤلف أسراراً وحقائق عن مشاهير حركوا العالم، فيتحدث عن نساء رفعن أزواجهم إلى القمة، وأخريات قدن أزواجهن إلى الدمار السياسي، ولا يتوقف الأمر عند هذا الحد، فالكاتب يروي قصصاً مثيرة عن الكثير من المغامرين العرب الذين هاجروا إلى أوروبا واتخذوا مهنة استيراد وتصدير النفط مهنة لهم إثر عملهم في هذه الشركات كموظفي مبيعات أو سماسرة، ثم ثارت حولهم فضائح تتعلق بالاحتيال والسرقة والتلاعب.
كما يعرض المؤلف قائمة بأسماء الأثرياء العرب يتسترون ويتخفون ويتهربون كأنهم أشباح، وهو إذ يبحث ذلك فإنه يبغي الوقوف على دور الثراء العربي العام والخاص على الصعيد الاقتصادي والاجتماعي والتربوي والثقافي. ولا ينسى المؤلف أن يفرد قسماً من كتابه للحديث عن الدكتور داهش والداهشية، وعن بعض العصاميين الذين حركوا العالم إعلامياً مثل كارلوس منهم، والأميرة ديانا، ونعيم عطا الله، ومخرج الروائع مصطفى العقاد وغيرهم كثيرين.
