علِّموا أولادكم أن النبيّ محمداً صلى الله عليه وسلم صفوة المصطفين وأكرم النبيين وخاتم المرسلين؛ علِّموهم أنه صلى الله عليه وسلم كان قبل البعثة الصادق الأمين، وكان بعدها الرحمة المهداة للعالمين؛ علَّموهم أنه صلى الله عليه وسلم دعوة إبراهيم، وبشارات موسى وعيسى، وإمام النبيين؛علِّموهم أنه صلى الله عليه وسلم خير من بلغ الرسالة، وأدّى الأمانة، ونصح الأمة، وجاهد في سبيل الله حتى أتاه اليقين...
علِّموهم أنّه صلى الله عليه وسلم أولى بالمؤمنين من أنفسهم، وأنّه النبي الذي أخذ الله له العهد على أنبيائه أجمعين... علَّموهم أنّه صلى الله عليه وسلم كان بشراً يُوحى إليه، وأنه الأسوة الحسنة لمن كان يرجو الله واليوم الآخر وذكر الله كثيراً...
علِّموهم أن الله تعالى أقسم بحياته صلى الله عليه وسلم دون أحد من الأنبياء، فقال له: (لعمرك إنهم لفي سكرتهم يعمهون) وأن الله فضله في الخطاب على جميع الأنبياء والمرسلين.
اغرسوا في قلوبهم محبته صلى الله عليه وسلم ومحبة آل بيته الطاهرين والطيبين، وذِكِّروهم بقوله صلى الله عليه وسلم: "من أحبّني فقد أحب الله، ومن أطاعني فقد أطاع الله"؛ قولوا لهم: إنّ المؤمن لا يصدق ولا يذوق حلاوة الإيمان حتى يكون الله ورسوله أحبّ إليه مما سواهما.
وبعد فهذه كلمات على هامش سيرة سيدنا محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين... سبق أن نشرتها متفرقة ثم جمعتها بين دفتي هذا الكتاب... لتكون... مساهمة متواضعة بين يدي هذه السيرة العطرة الكريمة.
