إذا كان العنوان عتبة الدخول إلى المُعنْوَن، فكأنه بهذا المعنى رسالة يتبادلها كاتب وقارِئ، فإنه يصدق على ما أردت الذهاب إليه؛ فقد جعلت العنوان الرئيس معبّراً عن الموت، وجعلت الرحلة عنواناً موازياً للحياة؛ لأنّ النتيجة النهائية للنظرية النقدية في مُتَراكَمِها المعرفي، هي الإرتحال، وفكرة الأفول أو الإنقضاء أو "الموت" للحركات الفكرية أو الأدبية، بل وللنظريات العلمية، مع إستمرار أثرها على مسيرة المعرفة في حقلها، فكرة أزلية وجدلية.
وهذا لا يعني، شطب هذه الإنجازات الفكرية البشرية، بل يعني "رؤية خاصة" لا تلغي "المُنْجز المعرفي"، ولا تؤمن بالقطيعة المعرفية، وإنما تتصور مآلاته التي يؤول إليها حين يذهب ويستقر في الموسوعة العامة لحقله المعرفي.
هكذا فإن "موت النظرية النقدية" ليس أكثر من حدث يصيب التصوّرات الذهنية أو "المركّبات المعرفية" لمفهوم النظرية، لتحيا أو تنحلّ في الموسوعة النقدية العامة.
وهذه النظرية لا ينتهي أثرها بل تُبقي على مُسْتخلصات جوهرها، لتعمل مع المجموع المتراكم في تطوير المنظور النقدي للحقل الذي استنبتها لتسهم في الفعل النقدي المتحوّل إلى خريطة الممارسة النقدية.
وهذا شأن معظم النظريات حتى في العلوم البحتة أو الطبيعية التي تفسح المجال لحلول نظريات تعدّل سابقتها، أو تنسخها.
هكذا يغدو موت النظرية النقدية "مرحلة" من مراحل إمتداد الحياة؛ لأنّها تموت حين تصل أدواتها إلى ذُروتها المعرفية.
