الكيمياء النووية ربما تتناول كتطبيق للإجراءات والتقنيات الشائعة للكيمياء لدراسة التركيب للنواة وإيجاد وطبيعة الجسيمات الأولية. وكما أن النشاط الإشعاعي ربما تعين كتطبيق لظاهرة التحلل الإشعاعي والتقنيات الشائعة للفيزياء النووية لحل المشاكل في مجال الكيمياء.

ويتضمن الكتاب شرحاً وافياً لتخليق أو لتحضير عناصر ما بعد اليورانيوم. وعليه، يتوجه هذا الكتاب إلى دارسي الكيمياء والفيزياء والمشتغلون في الطب وذلك لمعرفة قياس كمية الجرعات اللازمة، بغية المشاركة في تسهيل تدريس العلوم باللغة العربية.
