عباس الحاج حسن إعلامي لبناني مقيم في باريس، يتحدر عن بلدة شعث البقاعية حيث درس فيها المرحلة الإبتدائية التكميلية، بعد ذلك أتم دراسته الثانوية في مدينة الشمس بعلبك، الدراسة الجامعية كانت في كلية الحقوق والعلوم السياسية في الصنائع الحمرا.
في العام 2005 نال دبلوم في العلاقات الدبلوماسية من الجامعة العربية في بيروت لينتقل بعدها لتحضير الدراسات العليا في فرنسا متنقلاً بين جامعاتها في الجنوب (بربينيان - تولوز) وباريس ليُنهي أطروحة الدكتوراه في العلوم السياسية... سنوات الدراسة كانت بالتوازي مع العمل الصحفي والإعلامي... بين بيروت وباريس كانت الحياة تشبه الإبحار في ليالي الصيف بما تحمله عشيقة المتوسط وعاصمة الأضواء من ذكريات ومشاعر.
