مِن مِنن الله تعالى العظيمة في موسم العشر الأواخر من شهر رمضان المبارك - في كل عام - إجتماع شمل الأحبّة في الله عزّ وجلّ، من أهل العلم وطلبته في رحاب بيت الله الحرام، وفي ظل كعبته المشرّفة، يلتقي فيه أهل المشرق بأهل المغرب، والعجم بالعرب، يأخذ بعضهم عن بعض.
-وفي موسم عام 1419هـ، أشار بعض الأفاضل من روّاد هذه المجالس إلى إحياء سُنَّة العرض والمقابلة بقراءة الكتب النّافعة والمخطوطات النّادرة بغية إعدادها للطبع والنشر، وذلك في سلسلة تحمل عنوان: "لقاء العشر الأواخر بالمسجد الحرام".
-وبادر أهل الخبر والفضل من الحرمين الشريفين للمساهمة في هذا المشروع، وتيسير طباعته ونشره بأبهى حلَّة.
-وقد يسِّر الله تعالى قراءة ومعارضة وإعداد عشرات الرسائل المخطوطة النّافعة النّادرة في موضوعات شتّى، وصدر منها تسع مجموعات.
-وهذه المجموعة العاشرة منها، تحوي عدداً آخر من الرسائل القيِّمة والمهمّة، التي قِرَئت في مجالس العشر الأواخر في موسم عام 1428هـ.
