وأثناء هذه الفترة نفسها استمر كثير من العلماء في الكتابة والدراسة عن التعليم المستمر من الجوانب الإنسانية المهنية والفنية، واعتبروا أن هذه المجالات تثبت اهمية التعلم في الحياة الإنسانية.
غالباً نجد أنفسنا محاطين في بيئتنا بعدد من التغيرات الثقافية والفنية والعلمية والمهنية، التي تمثل مصادر للتحديات تتصارع لتستحوذ على اهتمامنا وإنتباهنا وتؤثر في سلوكياتنا.
