اصدر امين عام مجلس النواب عدنان ضاهر، ومدير عام شؤون الجلسات واللجان النيابية رياض غنام كتابهما "معجم حكام لبنان والرؤساء"، وهو يغطي سيرة تراجم وحكام لبنان منذ سنة 1842 حتى اليوم، بما في ذلك حكام القائمقايتين والمتصرفين والمفوضين السامين الفرنسيين مرورا برؤساء الجمهورية اللبنانية والمجالس النيابية والحكومات، وتم اغناء الكتاب بمجموعة من الصور، فاق عددها الخمسماية صورة بعضها ينشر لاول مرة. يؤرخ المعجم لسيرة وتراجم اكثر من تسعين شخصية لبنانية وفرنسية حكمت لبنان، وقد جاء معجم بالحجم الموسوي الكبير على اكثر من اربعماية صفحة، وهو يستكمل المعجمين السابقين المعجم النيابي والمعجم الوزاري، ويساهم في نشر ارشيف وسير رجالات الدولة اللبنانية واظهاره للمعلن.
