بين يدينا رسالة مخطوطة لطيفة للإمام الفقيه الشيخ عبد الغني بن إسماعيل النابلسي، المتوفى سنة (1143هــ)، سمّاها: "صَدْح الحمامة في شروط الإقامة"، ألَّفها على مذهب الإمام أبي حنيفة خاصة، مع ذكره أحياناً لخلاف المذاهب الأخرى في بعض مسائل الرسالة.
وقد ذكر فيها المؤلف ما تفرَّق من مسائل صلاة الجماعة، وشروط الإقتداء والإمامة، وما يتعلق بذلك من الأحكام الفقهية مقارنة في بعض الأحيان بالمذاهب الفقهية الأربعة المعتبرة المشتهرة.
ولأهمية هذه الرسالة، اعتنى بتحقيقها الأستاذ سائد بكداش، واعتنى بها، ليقدمها لطلاب العلم عامة، فجعل للرسالة مقدمات ممهدات ذكر فيها تعريفاً بالرسالة، مع بيان أهميتها، ثم ذكر نبذة مختصرة عن ترجمة المؤلف، وبينُ منهجه في رسالته، ثم ذكر ما يوثِّق ويؤكد صحة نسبتها إليه، ثم عرض أوصاف النسخ المخطوطة التي اعتمدتها في تحقيق نص الرسالة، وأما القسم الثاني فقد حوى نص الرسالة محققاً معتنى به.
