يضيء هذا الكتاب على قصص وكرامات من زيارة الإمام الرضى. فمن هو الإمام الرضا؟ الإمام الرضا هو الحفيد السادس للنبي محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم، فهو إبن الإمام موسى بن جعفر بن محمد بن علي بن الحسين بن فاطمة بنت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، هو ثامن الأئمة الإثني عشر. يحضّ الكاتب في بداية مؤلفه على وجوب زيارة مرقد الإمام علي بن موسى الرضا لما له من ثواب وأجر عند الله تعالى. يأتي هذا الكتاب في ثلاثة أقسام: القسم الأول جاء بعنوان: من أخلاق الإمام علي بن موسى الرضا، ونقرأ فيه تواضعه، وأدبه، ورأفته إلى خدمه، وكيف كان يعامل إبن السبيل، وإطعامه للفقراء، ومعاملته للأجراء، ولباسه وفراشه. أما القسم الثاني فجاء بعنوان: كرامات الإمام علي بن موسى الرضا، ونقرأ في هذا القسم قصصاً رائعة من كراماته، ومنها علمه بالمستقبل. أما القسم الثالث فيأتي بعنوان: آثار وبركات زيارة الإمام وفيه إضاءة على الفوائد التي يحققها المسلم عند زيارته لمرقد الإمام الرضا وسؤاله الشفاعة والشفاء.
