في لحظة الشعر تمتزج دموع الفرح بلوعة الفراق ، ودموع الحزن بليلٍ سامر، تتحرك الأنامل لتنقش الحرف في القلب، فتبقى ذكرى تجري في العروق يتسابق الشعر على أبواب الشفاه، وتتزاحم خلجاته على عتبات العيون، ليبدأ رحلته في شق غباب السنين، فتتبعثر أوراق الشوق في أرجاء القلوب.
من هذا المفتتح النصي يبدأ الشاعر عبد الرحمن عبد الرزاق عكره مجموعته الشعرية (رعشة قلب) ليعلن عن حالة شعرية تتلبس الذات الشاعرة بما فيها من حزن وفرح وحب. تتشظى هذه الثيمات بشذراتها النصية والإيقاعية والدلالية عبر النسيج الكلي لقصائد المجموعة ليقيم الشاعر بها خطابه الشعري بمستويات وجدانية وتأملية، تمثل في مضامينها نداء إلى الآخر الغائب عن حياة الشاعر (المرأة) ، فتأتي الكتابة ذاتها نوعاً من الغياب، فهو خروج العالم المحيط بالشاعر، ومن ثم الدخول إلى مواقع أخرى في الوعي، وما على القارىء سوى تثبيتها للوصول إلى المعنى، تساعده منظومة من الملفوطات الذهنية والتأملية والحسية واللغة الصورية الشفافة في تلمس عوالم الشاعر الرقيقة.
في القصيدة المعنونة (رجفة وحدتي) يقول الشاعر: "في ساحة المنفى / وتحت عبادةِ الليل البهيم تلوحُ لي / روحٌ تسامرني برجفةِ وحدتي / كلماتها رسمت على خد الزمان / ملامح الثغر الحزين كأنما / تلد الدفاتر من يديها / والعيوم تدور حول الحرف / تبحث عن أصول جذورها / نطق الهوى عند اعترافي باسمها / فضحكتُ خوفاً / أن يقول لي ابتعد ...".
يضم الكتاب قصائد في الشعر العربي الحديث وأخرى في الشعر العربي الموزون والمقفى نذكر من عناوينها: "رحلة في خفايا ملك الغرام" ، "مشهد حب شتائي" ، "قاضيتي في محكمة الحب" ، "كأنك مثلي" ، "الحلم الضائع" ، "سباق العشق" (...) وقصائد أخرى.
