أما القسم الثاني: فتضمن أفكاراً متنوعة حول شهر الصيام، تتناول أبعاداً شتى تشكل إضاءات فكرية من وحي شهر الصيام مثل: الصيام وحسن إستثمار الضيافة، الصيام وفلسفة الإلتزام، الصيام وحسن الخلق، الصيام ومسألة الإحترام وحسن العاقبة، الصيام والمبادرة إلى فعل الخير، وأخيراً موجز أحكام الصيام. وهي إحدى عشر منها: ثبوت الهلال، شروط وجوب الصيام، المفطرات، مسوغات الإفطار، أحكام الصوم في السفر والإقامة، والصوم المحرم...إلخ.
