والهدف من هذه الدراسة المنهجية هو الاستفادة من هذه التجربة الفريدة على صعيد تخطيط المدن العربية وكذلك التعرف على المشكلات التي واجهت هذه التجربة آملاً في تعميم الفائدة على الصعيد العربي.
