لقد أثبت التقرير- الفضيحة للقاضي اليهودي القادم من جنوب أفريقيا، ريتشارد غولدستون، حول جرائم الحرب التي ارتكبها جنود الجيش الإسرائيلي في قطاع غزة، أواخر العام 2008 ومطلع العام 2009، بأن "إسرائيل" تعمّدت استهداف المدنيين في القطاع، وأنها ارتكبت عدّة أنواع من الجرائم (جرائم حرب/ جرائم الإبادة الجماعية/ جرائم ضدّ الإنسانية...)، بعكس ما ادّعاه قادة الكيان طيلة الأشهر الماضية بأن العتداءات والهجمات الوحشية لم تخالف القانون الدولي ولا القيم الإنسانية!
هذا الإصدار يتضمن رؤيتين لما جرى في قطاع غزة: رؤية قانونية لباحثة لبنانية متخصّصة، تناولت العدوان على غزة من منظور القانون الدولي وعلى أساس تحقيقات اللجان التي شكّلت بعيد العدوان، والتي أكّدت مخالفة الكيان لكلّ القوانين والأعراف الدولية، باستهدافه المقصود للمدنيين الفلسطينيين ولمؤسسات الأمم المتحدة خصوصاً. أما الرؤية الثانية فهي لباحثين أميركيين صهيونيين أعدّا دراسة "قانونية" مفصّلة حول الاعتداءات الإسرائيلية على غزة؛ قبيل العدوان الشامل الذي حصل في أواخر العام 2008؛ وزعما خلالها أن "إسرائيل" مكلّفة أو ملزمة بمواجهة ما سمّاه "الإرهاب الفلسطيني"، وأن كلّ ما تقوم به يدخل ضمن قواعد ومبادئ القانون الدولي، وحقّ الدفاع المشروع عن النفس!
و يُختتم هذا الإصدار بملخّص عن تقرير غولدستون الذي أدان الكيان، وأسقط كلّ مزاعمه وادّعاءاته، وبقراءات موجزة لهذا التقرير-الحدث، الذي نأمل أن يشكّل محطة فاصلة في سياق التعاطي الدولي-الغربي بالخصوص مع هذا الكيان الإرهابي، ومع حليفته وراعيته الولايات المتحدة الأميركية!
