الإقناع مؤلفٌ بأجزاء ثلاثة. هو مصنف في الفقه على مذهب إمام الإئمة أبي عبد الله أحمد بن محمد بن حنبل الشيباني، رضي الله عنه وأرضاه. وقد اجتهد الشيخ موسى الحجاوي المقدسي في تحرير نقوله، واختصاره لعدم تطويله مجرداً غالباً عن دليله وتعليله، على قول واحد هو ما رجحه أهل الترجيح منهم العلامة القاضي علاء الدين في كتبه الانصاف، وتصحيح الفروع والتنقيح، وربما ذكر بعض الخلاف لقوته، وربما عزا حكماً إلى قائله، وربما أطلق الخلاف لعدم مصحح.
