تتميز المساهمات بالتنوع: إلى جانب إقتراحات القوانين والمساهمات القانونية الصرفة ثمة مساهمات تطرقت للموضوع من خلال مقاربة علم إجتماعية وسياسية للقضاء وبخاصة للعلاقة بين القضاء والدولة والمواطن.
تقترح الجمعية تعديل المادة 93 من نظام مجلس الشورى اللبناني عبر إضافة فقرتين: الأولى تضمن صرف الإدارة للمبالغ المالية التي تقررها الأحكام القضائية والثانية تمنح القاضي الإداري حق توجيه الأوامر للإدارة دون تجاوز حدود القرار القضائي بالذات droit d'injonction.
