تتناول هذه الدراسة محاولات الاختراق الصهيوني للمجتمع الفلسطيني، خصوصاً في الضفة الغربية وقطاع غزة، من خلال زرع وتجنيد العملاء. وتنبّه إلى ضرورة أخذ الحيطة والحذر في التعامل مع هذا الملف الخطير والحساس. وتهدف إلى البحث في تفاصيل ظاهرة العملاء التي تهمّ جميع مكونات الشعب الفلسطيني وتؤثر عليه، وذلك من خلال الحديث عن دورها في تمزيق النسيج السياسي الفلسطيني، وتسعى إلى إيجاد حالة توعوية، تُسهم في معالجتها، إضافة للتعرف على وسائل الاحتلال في تجنيد العملاء، ومعرفة أساليب الاحتلال في استقطاب وتوريط الناس في العمالة.
وقد اعتمد الباحث خلال عرض هذه المادة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، لدراسة ظاهرة العمالة والمتعاونين مع "إسرائيل"، والظروف المحيطة والمعطيات التي ساعدت على انتشارها. كما استخدم الباحث أداة المقابلة الشخصية، للحديث مع الأطراف التي تعاملت مع هذه الظاهرة، في محاولة للتعرف عليها أكثر.
والدراسة في أصلها رسالة ماجستير نالها الباحث من جامعة النجاح الوطنية في نابلس؛ وهي من الدراسات العلمية المهمة القليلة في هذا المجال.
