هذا البحث هو دراسة حديثية موضوعية، تناولت جانبا مهما من جوانب النفس الإنسانية؛ وهو جانب المشاعر، فبينت المراد به، وأهمية مراعاته، فأسست الموضوع بداءة من القرآن الكريم، وتطرقه لهذا الجانب، ثم ألقت الضوء على الأحاديث التي اعتنت بهذا الجانب عند المرأة على وجه الخصوص، فبينت الأساليب التي سلكها النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم في مراعاة مشاعر المرأة، والضوابط التي قيدها بها، ووقفت على مظاهر مراعاة النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم لمشاعر المرأة، وعظيم اهتمامه بها، موضحة شمول هذه المراعاة، وأثرها، فجاءت مبينة المنهج النبوي في التعامل الشعوري مع المرأة في كافة الأحوال. قسم البحث إلى مقدمة ومبحثين وأربعة فصول وخاتمة: المبحث الأول: تعريف المشاعر لغة واصطلاحا. المبحث الثاني: تعريف الألفاظ ذات الصلة منها العواطف والإحساس، الانفعال، الوجدان. الفصل الأول: أساليب وضوابط وآثار مراعاة مشاعر المرأة في السنة النبوية. الفصل الثاني: مراعاة مشاعر المرأة في التشريع في (الواجبات والتكاليف _ الحقوق). الفصل الثالث: مراعاة مشاعر المرأة في الأسرة في أن تكون (الأم _ البنت _ الأخت _الزوجة _والخدم والمماليك). الفصل الرابع: مراعاة مشاعر المرأة في المجتمع والشؤون العامة والشؤون الخاصة
