وكما يعتمد التطور الإقتصادي والإستقرار الإجتماعي والحضارة الإيكولوجية (الإيكولوجية هي علم البيئة)، جميعها على الديموقراطية وسلطة القانون، فإنها تعتمد وبصورة أكبر على الثقافة، بما فيها الثقافة التقليدية الأصيلة، إن الكونفوشيوسية أحد أعظم الثقافات التقليدية في العالم.
