يضم هذا الكتاب أربع رسائل فقهية لها أهميتها العلمية وواقعها الإجتماعي، بهدف بيان الحكم الشرعي فيها، تضمنت الرسالة الأولى حكم العدل بين الأولاد في الهبات والعطايا، أما الرسالة الثانية فجاءت في حكم تطبيب المرأة وثمن علاجها والذي هو من متممات النفقة الواجبة على الزوج.
وتتعرض الرسالة الثالثة لبعض أحكام الطلاق، وما يلحق به من إيلاء وغيره، وتأتي الرسالة الرابعة والأخيرة لتبحث في مواضيع هامة وواقعية في حياتنا المعاصرة مثل إحياء موات الأرض الزراعية، المسح على الجوربين، حكم غرامات التأخير عن سداد الدين في موعدة... إلخ.
ويستند الكاتب في شرحه إلى ما جاء في كتاب الله تعالى وسنّة رسوله صلى الله عليه وسلم، وكذلك ما جاء في المذاهب الفقهية الإسلامية والإختلاف فيما بينهم، بين يجوز أو لا يجوز مثل الشافعية والحنفية وغيرهم.
