كتاب "الأبرار وشعار الأخيار في تلخيص الدعوات والأذكار"، أو ما يسمى "بالأذكار النواوية" للشيخ محي الدين أبي زكريا يحيى النواوي الشافعي، مدحه العلماء وأوصوا باقتنائه ومذاكرته فهو على حد قول بعضهم كاف للمريد في حاله، موصل له إلى نهاية مطلوبة وغاية آماله، وهو إلى جانب اشتماله على الأذكار قد اشتمل على حيلة الأولياء وكثير من شعار الأخيار.
أما الفتوحات الربانية هذا للعالم العلامة محمد بن علان الصديقي الشافعي الأشعري فهو شرح للكتاب الأول توسع فيه مؤلفه وفسر غرائبه وزاد على ما أودعه المصنف فيه، وذكر أسرار بعض الأذكار وقد جمع كل ذلك في كتابه ليكون في متناول ذوي الألباب والطلاب. كما عمد فيه إلى ذكر المخرجين للحديث وبيان مرتبته، هو في نهاية الأمر كتاب موضوع للعموم، لذا جاء بمثابة معين لمطالعيه خالياً من الأطناب، مفصحاً عن مكنونة بأيسر السبل وأسهلها.
والكتاب في سبعة مجلدات ضم كل مجلد كتاب الفتوحات الربانية ووضع بأعلى كل صفحة ما يخصها من كتاب "حيلة الأبرار وشعار الأخيار ف تلخيص الدعوات والأذكار".
كتاب عظيم شريف شرح فيه المؤلف كتاب الاذكار للامام النووي الذي لا يستغني عنه طالب الآخرة. وقد شرح الكتاب شروحاً كثيرة من أهمها هذا الشرح الذي وصفه العلامة الشافعي.
