إن هذا الكتاب إستطاع أن يكشف على طبيعة الحركة الأمازيغية الجزائرية، في ظل الحراك العربي لسنة 2010، من خلال التعريف بهذه الحركة وتأصيلها تاريخياً، وكذا التعرَف على مفهوم الحراك والحركات كدراسة نظرية، ومن ثم إكتشاف مدى تفاعل وتأثر هذه الحركة بالحراك العربي، وإبراز أهم الفواعل عل المستوى المحلي والدولي، وإكتشاف مظاهر التوظيف السلطوي الداخلي والخارجي، والتوصل إلى، والتأكيد على هوية الحركة الأمازيغية الجزائرية، في ظل التنوع والتعدد الثقافي، الذي تزخر به الجزائر كدولة عربية ذات بُعد أمازيغي.
كما أن هذه الدراسة، تأتي في فترة يشهد فيها العالم العربي حراكاً متنوعاً منذ سنة 2010، مما يساعد الباحث على إثراء حقل الدراسات السياسية، بمسببات وآليات هذا الحراك وتأثيره على مختلف الحركات.
تناول الكتاب أهمية الحراك العربي، وأشكال التأثير على الحراك الأمازيغي في الجزائر، من خلال التطرق إلى كافة الفواعل السياسية والإجتماعية على المستوى المحلي، الإقليمي والدولي، وفي هذا الإطار تعتبر القضية الأمازيغية أحد الآليات التي استخدمتها فرنسا لإستثمارها في دعم أطماعها وتواجدها، وحتى على المستوى المحلي فقد تم توظيف الحراك الأمازيغي كأحد الآليات للإبقاء على الوضع القائم، بحجة الإستقرار السياسي في البلاد ومن ثم تعطيل المشروع الديمقراطي بالجزائر.
