في هذا الكتاب صرخة من صرخات المربي الدكتور محمد خير فاطمة، التي ينبه فيها ضرر التفرقة والإختلاف بين المسلمين، وخاصة الدعاة منهم، مبيناً معنى الولاء والإنتماء، الولاء لله عز وجل ولرسوله صلى الله عليه وسلم، وللقرآن الكريم، وللشريعة المطهرة، والدين الحنيف، وفي كل زمان ومكان.
هذا الولاء الذي يجمع ولا يفرق، ويقرب ولا يباعد. أما الإنتماء فهو الإحترام والتقدير للمدارس التربوية المتعددة، التي تربي الأجيال، وتدعو لذلك الولاء، ولا تتعصب لرأيها ولا تتقوقع حول نفسها، بل تفتح المجال أمام الحوار، الحوار الهادف، الحوار الذي يوصل إلى الحقائق، الحوار الذي يبتعد عن الانانية، والقوقعية وحب الذات، الحوار الذي يحترم الآخرين، ولا يهملهم أو يقصيهم أو يعاديهم.
ثم عرض في هذا الكتاب بعض المواضيع التي أثير الجدل حولها وبين رأيه فيها، معتمداً على المنهج الذي دعا إليه في الحوار، سالكاً طريق الوسطية فيها، مبتعداً عن الإفراط أو التفريط، وعن البدعة والإبتداع، مستجيباً للسنة الحسنة والإتباع.
