b)qu'il y a une reelle meconnaissance des vraies valeurs de L'Islam et une lamentable defectuosite dans leur application. Mecommaissance due a un Orientalisme consciemment desoriente, defectuosite au niveau de L'application des principes de la religion et surtout de la Shari'a reduite a l'ignoble role de canot de sauvetage a des regimes autoritaires et despotes en detresse.
