الجيل الذي أنتمي إليه لم يعش هذه الانتفاضة الحالمة، ولكنّ أحلام الكثيرين منه بالتّغيير كانت تأخذ وهجها منها، وتلهج بشعاراتها: رفض القمع الجنسيّ، التّسيير الذّاتيّ المعمّم، إبداع الأوضاع، رفض الاحتواء، رفض التّضحية، لأنّ "الثّورة التي تريد منّا أن نضحّي من أجلها ثورة عجائز…"، رفض الموت بأشكاله، لأنّ "الإقبال على الحياة موقف سياسيّ"، رفض مجتمع المشهد، لأنّ الفنّ يجب أن يكون معيشا…
وإلى اليوم، رغم كلّ الانكسارات والمراجعات، يبقى شيء من أدبيّات وذكريات أيار-مايو 68 ساري المفعول، تبقى منه أجزاء أفكار وقيم متناثرة كحبّات الهواء، يبقى شيء من الشّك في سلطة العادة ودكتاتوريّات التّدجين، وعبوديّات المشهد، وشيء من الرّفض، لأنّ شوق الإنسان إلى أن يكون آخر لا ينتهي…
مايو 68 كانت الثّورة التي أحيت روح الثّورة، حاملة عبء كلّ الثّورات السّابقة المهزومة والمغدورة…
كان هذا الدّفق أمرا مختلفا عن الثّوريّة الشّيوعيّة التي سرعان ما تحوّلت إلى تقليد خانق وقوالب جوفاء وإيديولوجية قاتلة. ألم يقل "روول فانقهايم"، ما أصبح شعارا مردّدا من شعارات هذا التّمرّد، وما يمكن ترجمته كالتّالي: "الذين يتحدّثون عن الثّورة وصراع الطّبقات دون أن يعودوا بصفة مباشرة إلى الحياة اليوميّة، ودون أن يدركوا ما في الحبّ من طاقة تقويضيّة، وما في رفض الإكراهات من إيجابيّة، هؤلاء يلوكون بأفواههم جثّة [عفنة]".
ما الذي حدث ولم يحدث في أيار-مايو 68؟ ما الذي بقي منه؟ ما خلفيّاته الفكريّة التي لم تعبّر عنها الشّعارات إلاّ بغلوّ طفوليّ وإفراط تلقائيّ؟ هل عاشه الشّبّان والمثقّفون العرب وكيف؟ هل حجبته هزيمة 67؟ - ولسنا طبعا ممّن يقول "نكسة" 67 - هل طوّقته الإيديولوجيّات القوميّة والستالينيّة العربيّة؟
ملفّ فتحناه في الأوان لتعقّب الأحداث والتّعريف ببعض النّصوص والوجوه، وفهم الأسباب والآثار المختلفة… دون ادعاء الاستيعاب…
