من واقع تدريسي لمادة (النحو) لمست أن الطلاب يشكون صعوبة النحو، ويتصورونه من الأمور المعقدة؛ لكثرة قواعده، وصعوبة الإعراب فيما يرون.
وحُبّاً لِلُغة القرآن الكريم اللغة العربية، ورغبة في خدمة أبنائي الطلاب استعنت بالله تعالى وقمت بإعداد ملخص للقواعد النحوية، ابتعدت فيه عن الحشو المخل، والتطويل الممل، وجعلته بأسلوب واضح المعاني، يقرّب القواعد من أفهام المتعلمين؛ ليسهل عليهم، فهم الأبواب النحوية بموضوعاتها المتشعبة، وسميته "المغني في تعليم النحو" قصدتُ به أن يكون في مُتناول الطالِب المبتدئ، ومُغْنياً للطالب المقتصد، ففيه من الفوائد النحويّة ما لا غِنى لطالب النحو عنها.
