هذا الكتاب (مقالة) كتبها الدكتور حسين الهراوي تحت راية القرآن بعنوان "الدستور الإلهي وحياة الرسول الأعظم" ونشرها في مجلة "الآثار" اللبنانية لصاحبها إسكندر عيسى المعلوف، وفيها يُطبق - كما يقول "فلسفة القرآن من وجهة علم الإجتماع، أي التحليل النفسي للجماعات"، وفيها أيضاً يرد على المستشرقين الذين درسوا الفلسفة افسلامية وقدموا برايه آراء لا تتوافق لا مع العلم ولا مع الواقع.
اعتبر المؤلف أن المستشرقين يتفقون على معنى الفلسفة الإسلامية، ولكن بعضهم درسها من وجهة أثر الفلسفة اليونانية، ولكن الأصح بالنسبة إلينا يقول المؤلف "أن الفلسفة الإسلامية يجب أن تكون صحيحة من صلب القرآن وحياة محمد عليه السلام، وأن الحياة الإسلامية يجب أن تصور على أصلها الحقيقي، لا على ما يعمله المسلمون سواء انطبق على دينهم أو لم ينطبق ..." وفي هذا السياق يبرز المؤلف حقوق الإنسان في الإسلام وحقوق الجماعة وحقوق الأقليات، ويقدم على ذلك البراهين من التاريخ الإسلامي مما يراه متجلياً في آراء حسن البصري، وواصل بن عطاء وكتب الشريعة وفي الحوادث التاريخية الرائعة في عهد الخلفاء الراشدين، ناهيك عما ورد في أخلاق المسلمين التي هي أخلاق نبيهم في مكارم الأخلاق من حُسن سياسته وعظيم حلمه، وسعة عفوه، وما حث عليه من وصايا إجتماعية من عيادة المريض، ومعاملة الجار، والرفق بالضعيف ... وغيرها ... ويختتم بقوله: "وهي الدقائق الإجتماعية التي لم يصل إليها علماء الإجتماع، منذ عهد الإنسان إلى القرن الرابع عشر الهجري".
