كُتبت هذه المقالات في الفترة من فبراير 2011 إثر أحداث الاعتصامات في السلطنة، وهي تنصّب في مناقشة قضايا الشأن العام، ولا سيما قضية الفساد الإداري والمالي؛ وحتى نهاية 2014، وجلّ هذه المقالات منشورة في صحيفة (الزمن) اليومية بالسلطنة، في الزاوية المعنونة ﺑ (نبض القلم)، وسيلاحظ القارئ أن مواضيع المقالات متعددة، ولكنها تنحصر جميعها في أداء المؤسسات، وموقف المواطن إزاء هذه المؤسسات العامة والخاصة في السلطنة من حيث المحور العام الذي يدور حول الفساد، وأخطاء التقدير، واتخاذ القرار، والتخطيط، وقضايا التنمية البشرية، والخدمات الاجتماعية الأساسية كالصحة والتعليم.
حاولت عبر هذه المقالات أن أضع بقعة من الضوء على القضايا السياسية والاجتماعية؛ لعل الزوايا تتواشج مع الفكر؛ لتعديل مسار عبر النقد متكئاً على جملة من الأدلة أو التساؤلات والتحليل بهدف إثارة الشكوك في عقلية المواطن، والمسؤول فين آن معاً؛ ليكون الأداء العام أمام طاولة مشتركة بين جميع هذه الرؤى؛ حيث النقد الموضوعي يمثل الخطوة الاساسية لمعالجة أخطاء الواقع في الوطن.
