يقدم لنا الباحث على أكرم فضل مهاني في هذه الرسالة، استعراضًا عامًا لتاريخ العلاقات الصهيونية البريطانية، ويبدأ بالحديث عن هذه العلاقات في المجال السياسي فيسرد لنا التعاون الصهيوني البريطاني والمشروعات المقترحة لتوطين اليهود مثل مشروع الأرجنتين، ومشروع فلسطين، ومشروع قبرص وسيناء والعريش، ومشروع شرق أفريقيا، ثم يستعرض لنا العلاقات الصهيونية البريطانية في المجال العسكري، وهنا يناقش الباحث على أكرم العلاقات البريطانية مع منظمة هاشومير، والتجنيد في الجيش البريطاني حيث وجد فيلق يهودي ويوجد كتيبة سائقي البغال الشهيرة، ويحدثنا كذلك عن الخدمات الأمنية الصهيونية لبريطانيا، ثم ينتقل بعد هذا التمهيد ليناقش معنا العلاقات الصهيونية البريطانية في أرض فلسطين فيبدأ بمجال الإدارة والحكم، ثم يتطرق للمجال السياسي الأهم وهنا يتطرق لمناقشة صك الانتداب، والعلاقات البريطانية مع الوكالة اليهودية واللجان البريطانية وعلاقتها بالصهيونية وكذلك يستعرض لنا الكتب الصادرة عن الحكومة البريطانية ثم ينتقل بعد ذلك للعلاقات العسكرية وإنشاء الشرطية العسكرية الفلسطينية وتجنيد الصهاينة فيها وإنشاء الجندرمة الفلسطينية وتجنيد الصهاينة فيها أيضًا وتهريب الأسلحة وتسليح المستوطنات وغير ذلك من الأمور مثل العلاقات البريطانية مع التنظيمات العسكرية الصهيونية ويختتم المؤلف الكتاب بالحديث عن دور بريطانيا في التطوير الاجتماعي والثقافي الصهيوني.
