وعلى أية حال، يقوم ناصر الصرامي في "تثليم" بإدانة الجهل والقمع، في التعامل مع المرأة، وتحميل المجتمع ما آلت إليه أوضاع المرأة العربية سواء على مستوى المجتمع أو الأسرة.
وزع المؤلف عمله إلى سرديات جاءت تحت العناوين الآتية: "شك الذكريات!"، "نهاية أسبوع أخرى كثيبة"، "الهروب أم الخوف"، "حياة كادت أن تبدأ"، "النقيض"، ليتك تغير عادتك!"... الخ.
