تتناول هذه الدراسة موضوع التشريعات الصحية في الأردن والدول العربية وذلك بهدف بيان مدى أهمية هذا الموضوع في حياتنا العملية، وبصعوبة تبيان خطوطه العريضة بدقة نظراً لندرة المراجع المتخصصة فيه، وعليه فقد تضمنت خطة هذه الدراسة أربعة فصول أساسية حيث خصص الفصل الأول لدراسة التشريعات والأنظمة في الأردن وقسم هذا الفصل إلى ثلاثة مباحث أفرد المبحث الأول للحديث عن القوانين الصحية والمبحث الثاني القوانين النقابية، وأما المبحث الثالث فقد تحدث عن الأنظمة الصحية.
أما في الفصل الثاني فقد خصصه للحديث عن التشريعات الصحية في بعض الدول العربية. أما الفصل الثالث فقد تحدث عن المسؤولية القانونية للطبيب وقسم هذا الفصل إلى أربعة مباحث، المبحث الأول الطبيعية القانونية للمسؤولية الطبية، والمبحث الثاني ماهية الخطأ الطبي وافرد في المبحث الثالث طبيعة التزام الطبيب والمبحث الرابع المسؤولية الطبية أمام القضاء الأردني والمقارن.
أما الفصل الرابع فقد خصصه لأخلاقيات المهنة وبالأخص مهنة الطبيب فقد أفرد هذا الفصل تحت عنوان "المسؤولية القانونية عن إفشاء سر المهنة".
