حديث نبوي عظيم، ينبئ عن إعجاز علمي طبي رائع، لم يكتشفه العلم إلا حديثاً، إعجاز يخبر أن الله تعالى يخلق في الجسم جزءاً (نسيجاً) صغيراً ينظم ويتحكم في تخليق أعضاء الجسم وبناء أجهزته (النشأة الأولى)، وبدون هذا النسيج لا يتكون جنين ولا يُخلق إنسان.
ويخبر الحديث كذلك وأن جزءً يسيراً من هذا النسيج يبقى بعد الموت ولا يتحلل رغم فناء جسم الإنسان، ويحفظه الله عزّ وجلّ لتكون منه النشأة الاخرى، فيبقيه الله تعالى ويكون منه البعث.
هذا النسيج أو الخلية سماه الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم (عجب الذنب).
