يبحث في مقومات عمود الشعر العربي تلك التي تشكل في النص بنياته الأسلوبية باعثاً أولياً للولوج في دائرة الموضوع الذي أخذ التنظير فيه الجزء الغالب أولاً ثم الانعكاسات التطبيقية لذلك الوعي التنظيري. وقد توزعت خطة البحث على خمسة فصول متصلة بتسلسل منطقي واضح بحكم طبيعة الموضوع وهكذا كان الفصل الأول قراءة في مقومات الشعرية العربية تمهيداً لقراءة مقومات عمود الشعر التي كان فصلها الثاني قراءة في الأصول. أما الثالث فكان قراءة في النظرية, والرابع في المقومات الأسلوبية للنظرية، فيما كان الخامس قراءة في انعكاساتها التطبيقية.
مواليد العراق 1970 ،عضو اتحاد الكتاب العرب ،يعمل استاذاً للنقد والبلاغة في جامعة القادسية .
