«أنا رجل وأنت امرأة»، هذه العبارة أنتجت صرخة تمرّد في أعماق سارة، حتى فجّرت كل ما في داخلها من أوجاع، ما إن أطلقتها.
أما هو ذاك القاضي التقليدي بكل معنى الكلمة، والمتحضّر بشهادة بعض الأوراق، فقد استسلم لشرقيته المفرطة حتى خسر أهمّ ما في الرجل الشرقي، وأسمى ما في المرأة الشرقية.
«أيها الرجال المنتحلون صفات الرجال، كونوا رجالاً أولاً في تصرفاتكم وحياتكم حتى يكون لكم حق محاسبة أي امرأة على ما تفعله. فكم من رجل تعرفه فقط من مظهره أو على الهوية لتكتشف أن المرأة أحق منه بهذه الرجولة عندما يتكلم!!».
