هذا وقد استقى المؤلف معلومات دراسته هذه من المصادر والمراجع الموثوقة والمعتمدة لدى معظم الفقهاء في هذا المجال، كما واعتمد في تفسيره للآيات الكريمة وشرحه للأحاديث النبوية الشريفة، على ما ذهب إليه الفقهاء المسلمون في تفسيرهم لهذه الآيات، وفي شرحهم لتلك الأحاديث، هذا وقد جهد المؤلف في سياق بحثه أن لا يخرج فيه عن النطاق المنطقي الواقعي، وعن الموضوعية والعلمية وحدود ما يحمله النص في التحليل والاستقراء والاستنتاج.
