الشرعة والمنهاج هي السبيل والطريق، وشرعة الله ومنهاجه طريقه المستقيم، ودينه القويم. وخير وسيلة للتعرف على شرعة الله ومنهاجه تكون بتدبر وحيه سبحانه الذي أنزله على رسوله. والوحي اليقيني هو حديث الله الذي ثبتت نسبته إليه يقيناً، وليس هناك حديث ثابت يقيناً عن الله إلا القرآن، وأي حديث آخر غيره يتناقله الخلق فهو من الظن، والظن لا يؤخذ في شرع الله ولا يمثل منهاجه سبحانه، حتى وإن اعتادته النفس واطمأنت إليه. وهذه الحقيقة يمكن تطبيقها على أي خبر وحديث منسوب لمخلوق.
