هذا الكتاب "ديوان القاضي الجرجاني" صدر بدراسة موجزة يتناول الفصل الأول منها حياة القاضي, والفصل الثاني فيتناول الحديث عن شعره. أما منهج الديوان فيأخذ الشكل التالي: رتب الشعر ترتيباً هجائياً حسب حرف القافية, جعل لكل قصيدة رقماً خاصاً, جعل الهامش للتخريج أولاً, يحاول جعل التخريج وافياً, تم مقابلة الروايات و ذكر الخلاف في كل بيت, حول التوفيق بين الأبيات المفردة, قدم للديوان بدراسة موجزة, صنع للديوان الفهارس اللازمة. و تم الاخلاص في جمع شعر القاضي و بذل فيه الجهد و الوقت و لكن لا بد لهذا الجمع أن يستدرك.
