هذا كتاب (فصل الخطاب) الحاوي لصحاح أخبار الأئمة الأطياب رضي الله عنهم لمؤلفه الحاج "محمد كريم خان الكرماني" ألفَه على أسلوب أنيف وطرز رشيق لم يسبق بجودة ترتيبه في كتب السالفين، وهو كتاب فريد من كتب الأخبار النادرة التي تفرقت على مر الزمن. أما بعد، يقول: محمد الملقب بالكريم بن ابراهيم الكرماني... اني كنت دائم الإشتياق إلى تأليف كتاب جامع لجميع مسائل الدين وآثار الأئمة الهداة المهديين.. خالٍ من الزوايد والتكرار حاوٍ لكل مؤسس من الآثار مشتمل على صحاح الأخبار التي عليها المدار في الإعصار الواردة من طرق الثقاة (...) ولا بد من تقديم مطالب على نهج الإختصار ليعلم طريقتنا في الآخذ بالأخبار ولا بد ان نفصلها في تلو فصول لوضوح الإعتبار(...)".
