Book Description
المجموع شرح المهذب ألفه الإمام محي الدين النووي ، حيث شرح كتاب: "المهذب في الفقه الشافعي" للشيخ أبي إسحاق الشيرازي الفقيه الأصولي المعروف.
شرح الإمام النووي المتن أولا بتبيين اللغات، ثم شرح الأحاديث الواردة مع بيان درجتها من حيث الصحةُ والضعفُ، ثم أتبعه بذكر المسائل الفقهية، وذِكْر الراجح منها عند الشافعية من وجوه وأقوال، ثم ترجم للصحابة والعلماء المذكورين في كلام الشيرازي. وقد لخص ذلك في مقدمته بقوله :
«أذكر فيه إن شاء الله جملا من علومه الزاهرات وأبين فيه أنواعا من فنونه المتعددات فمنها تفسير الآيات الكريمات والأحاديث النبويات والآثار الموقوفات والفتاوي المقطوعات والأشعار الاستشهاديات والأحكام الاعتقاديات والفروعيات والأسماء واللغات والقيود والاحترازات وغير ذلك من فنونه المعروفات وأبين من الأحاديث صحيحها وحسنها وضعيفها مرفوعها وموقوفها متصلها ومرسلها ومنقطعها ومعضلها وموضوعها مشهورها وغريبها وشاذها ومنكرها ومقاربها ومعللها ومدرجها وغير ذلك من أقسامها مما ستراها إن شاء الله في مواطنها، ومتى كان الحديث ضعيفا بينت ضعفه ونبهت على سبب ضعفه إن لم يطل الكلام بوصفه: وإذا كان الحديث الضعيف هو الذي احتج به المصنف أو هو الذي اعتمده أصحابنا صرحت بضعفه ثم أذكر دليلا للمذهب من الحديث إن وجدته وإلا فمن القياس وغيره ، وأما الاحكام فهو مقصود الكتاب فأبالغ في إيضاحها بأسهل العبارات وأضم إلى ما في الأصل من الفروع والتتمات والزوائد المستجادات والقواعد المحررات والضوابط الممهدات ما تقر به إن شاء الله أعين أولى البصائر والعنايات»
