وتعتقد العديد من الأنظمة أن غياب الحَراك السياسي العلني يعني السكينة والموافقة؛ لكن حوادث الثورات العربية أوصحت أن واقعنا السياسي هشٌّ، وأن الكثير من الحَراك بإمكانه أن يحصل في الظل وتحت الأرض، وأن عود ثقاب يكفي لإشعال حريق لا يتوقف.
وعندما يمتلك نظام السلطة الشاملة، قلماً يستوعب أن أكثر الفئات ضعفاً وتهميشاً وعُزلة تكتسب جرأة وقوة غريبة في لحظة التحوّل والتحرّر.
