وفيه بيان الحل المتمثّل بالعودة إلى الدين الكامل بعُراه الثلاث: الإسلام والإيمان والإحسان والإستشعار بمراقبة الله تعالى والخوف منه، لتهذيب النفوس وإصلاح العقول للوصول إلى محبة الله تعالى والرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم، عندها تقوم قيامة المسلمين وذلك بالتمسك بحبل الله عزّ وجلّ المتين وإتباع خطى محمد الأمين صلى الله عليه وسلّم المبعوث رحمة للعالمين وعلى آله وأصحابه ومن سار على نهجه إلى يوم الدين.
