إن بنية هذا الكتاب تتبع بالنسبة لترتيب الأبحاث ، الطريق الطبيعي للبناء ، كما أن المواضيع المتقاربة مجمعة ، إلا إذا وردت صلة أهم تستوجب تصنيفاً مختلفاً . فجميع عناصر الإنشاء ، المقبولة بالنسبة لعدد كبير من نماذج البناء ، إن لم تكن للكل ، معالجة بشكل مفصل ، وكذلك بالنسبة للتعليمات العامة ، والقواعد الأساسية التي تتبع في تحضير وتشييد المشاريع والمخططات ، لذا جزأت اثنان وثلاثون مجموعة : حيث فهرسة المواد يعطي توزيعاً مفصلاً لهذه المجموعات ويوضح مضمون كل صفحة . كما ان تفسير المصطلحات في الصفحة (11) ضروري لكسب المكان ولجعل الشكل العام أكثر سهولة . أن هذا المؤلَّف يقدم ميزة كبرى للقارئ ، بمجلد واحد ، وبشكل موجز ، لما هو أهم في تقنية المشاريع وعلوم الإنشاء.وفي هذا الكتاب بداية (رموز واصطلاحات) حيث يحتوي على توضيحات موجودة في متن الكتاب ، ثم ينتقل إلى القواعد الأساسية حيث قياس الورق ، والرسومات ، وعناوين المخططات ومصطلحات المخططات المعمارية . ثم ينتقل إلى فصل الانسان ثم إلى التناسب وبعدها إلى أشكال الأبنية ومشاريع البناء ويتعرض إلى التكييفات والعزل الصوتي والحماية من الصواعق والإضاءة وأنواع الزجاج ...وضوء النهار والتشميس والنوافذ...والسكن وما يتعلق به من مفاهيم كالموقع والتخطيط والمداخل واختيار المسقط ...إلخ . ثم الأبنية التعليمية كالمدارس ورياض الأطفال والجامعات والمكتبات وغيرها... كما يتطرق إلى أبنية الأعمال كالمكاتب وناطحات السحاب المصارف والمتاجر الكبرى والحرف ثم الصناعة وما يخصها من موقع وإنشاء وتجهيزات وكذلك المزارع بعد ذلك ينتقل إلى فصل النقل ثم إلى أبنية الترفيه والمتعة ثم أبنية الرياضة وبعدها المباني الصحية واماكن العبادة منتهياً بفصل للأوزان والمقاييس.
