عالج المشرع الأردني الجرائم الواقعة على أمن الدولة في الباب الأول من الكتاب الثاني من قانون العقوبات رقم 16 لسنة 1960 في المواد من 107 إلى 153.
وقد تناول المؤلف هذا الكتاب في ثلاثة أبواب، الباب الأول عالج فيه الأحكام الخاصة في الجرائم الواقعة على أمن الدولة، فلهذه الجرائم بعض الأحكام الخاصة التي عالجتها المواد 107، 108، 109 من قانون العقوبات، وكذلك بعض نصوص قانون محكمة أمن الدولة، وتناول في الباب الثاني الجرائم الواقعة على أمن الدولة الخارجي والتي خصص بها المشرع الأردني المواد 110 إلى 134 من قانون العقوبات، أما الباب الثالث فكان للجرائم الواقعة على أمن الدولة الداخلي التي نص عليها المشرع الأردني في المواد من 135 إلى 153 من قانون العقوبات.
