إنّ الخطاب الإعلامي ولا سيّما لغة الإعلام السياسيّ قلّت دراستَه لُغويّاً ضِمْنَ المستويات اللغوية، وخصوصاً الإتجاهات النصَيّة، في الدراسات العربية المعاصرة، ولعلّ هذه الرسالة هي الأولى في جامعات إقليم كردستان - حسب علمنا - تتناول معالجة اللغة الإعلامية على ضوء اللسانيات المعاصرة، ويضاف إلى هذا حاجتنا الملحة في كوردستان إلى وجود كوادر إعلامية مختصّة تخاطب العقل العربي بلغة تسمو بالشعب الكوردي الأصيل وثقافته، وعلى هذا وودتُ أن يكون بحثي لغويّاً إعلاميّاً.
فضلاً عن أنني قد مارستُ المهنة الإعلامية في باكورة حياتي الوظيفية، وهذا ما صقل تجربتي في هذا المضمار، ممّا خَلَقَ الرغبة لديّ في أن تكون رسالتي إعلامية بمنظور لغوي في ظلال أحدث المناهج اللغوية المعاصرة، ولا سيّما الإتجاهات النصيّة، لأنّ أهم وظائف النص تتمثّلُ في خلق التواصل بين مُنْتِج النصّ ومستقبله، وهذا ما يلتقي مع روح اللغة الإعلامية التي تجعل الإبلاغ والتواصل إنطلاقة سلطان رسالتها، وهذا ما حاول البحث جاهداً ترجُمَة هذا التلاقح بين النصية ولغة الإعلام السياسي من خلال تطبيقاته على الشواهد الإعلامية - في أثناء هذه الرسالة - مع شرحها وتحليلها والتعليق عليها في ضوء الإرث اللغوي واللغويات المعاصرة مع التطعيم بأحدث المصادر الإعلامية المعاصرة، قَصْدَ الوُصُولِ إلى تأسيس بناء يكتفّل تطبيق المنهج النصي على لغة النثر الصحفي، سَعْياً لتأصيل هذا البناء في الفكر الألْسُنِيّ الحديث داخل بُحْبوحة الإتصال اللغوي.
