ما كنت أريد أن أكتب عن المسرح، فهوايتي هي في الكتابة للمسرح. وأجمل متع الكتابة أن تتخيل ما سيحدث على الخشبة وأنت تخلق نماذج وأفكارا قابلة للنمو بين يدي المخرج والممثل وكذلك الجمهور. الا أن قصور الكتابة عن المسرح دفعني إلى التطاول على المنظرين لكي أقول شيئاً بين حين وآخر أظنه نافعاً. وهأنذا أجمع نماذج من آرائي وأحلامي عن المسرح، وأختار منها، ما قد يذكي الحماسة في النفس من أجل المسرح العربي. لست معلماً ولا ناصحاً بل مجرباً، يريد ان يتعمق الحب للمسرح الذي افتقدته ثقافتنا من قبل، وكذلك الاهتمام والتفهم.
